You may use the site to learn about our services, submit a vacancy, submit a CV, read our blog, and (for account holders) log in to the Agentic Hire platform. You must not misuse the site — including submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping candidate or client data, or interfering with the site's operation.

3. Vacancy and CV submissions

Employer vacancy submissions are governed by our Employer Terms of Business. Candidate CV submissions are governed by our Candidate Terms. How we handle personal data in both cases is set out in our Privacy Notice.

4. Content

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and does not constitute legal or professional advice. Statistics and claims about our service describe how our platform and process actually work; timescales (such as shortlist speed) are typical, not guaranteed.

All content, branding and software on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Platform accounts

Access to the Agentic Hire recruitment platform (the logged-in application) is subject to a separate agreement with the account holder. Platform accounts are currently available by invitation only.

6. Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on this site excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
