Candidate Terms

1. Our service is free for candidates — always

We never charge candidates or job seekers a fee for finding or seeking to find them work, and we never will. This is both our promise and the law (Employment Agencies Act 1973). Our fees are paid by employers only.

2. What we do with your CV

When you send us your CV it joins our talent pool. Our AI platform reads it in full and matches it against every live role we work on — and re-matches it automatically as new roles arrive. Recruiters review every match; no application is rejected by AI alone, and no CV is sent to an employer without a human deciding it's a genuine fit.

Before we introduce you to a specific employer, we will contact you (by email, on the address you gave us) so you can agree to that introduction. We won't send your details to an employer you haven't agreed to.

3. Accuracy

Please make sure your CV and anything you tell us is accurate — employers rely on it, and so do we. Where a role requires a licence, qualification or registration, we may ask to verify it before putting you forward, and we will never tell an employer a qualification is verified unless we have actually verified it.

4. Your data

Your CV is stored encrypted, your consent is recorded, and your data is deleted automatically on a retention schedule. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or complete deletion at any time by emailing contact@agentichire.co.uk. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.

5. Reasonable adjustments

If you need any adjustment to how we communicate with you or how an application or interview is run — for any reason — tell us and we will arrange it with you and the employer.

6. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
